My Family Military History

I posted this a while ago in the class discussion but not directly to your blog.
I like the look of your photomontage. I like the old newspaper as the background which implies history or something being historical and you tied that to your title. It also provides a nice color contrast and texture for your over-layed photos. The size of your overall image seems too small - at least on my screen. There is a place when you upload your file to your blog where you can chose the size to be displayed - I used extra large on mine and I’m not sure if that’s right or not but you can play around with it by editing your post and see if you think it looks better larger.

Your design conveys family and patriotic pride. Love of family and country. Based on the photos you chose to include, these men have earned honors and medals. They are respected and held in high regard. Your family history of military service appears to go back quite far to 1815. It makes me want to know more about the gentleman from the 1800’s and also the article from 1936.

nice job,
Pam
