Karyn Your original image it out of focus probably because you blew it up to much. But you can make this yourself in Photoshop. Make a black layer then a type layer them a red circle with a line through it.
The images need to be blured and the opacity droped to 55% so it blends in to the main image. The main image with the words is very clear. However, i would put some images which may relay the message of what FRACKing is

I played around with this and corrected the focus problem. What do you think?
